Labour Day 2014: Brisbane

Join us in Brisbane for a short Labour Day march before our Family Fun Day at RNA Showgrounds.

Labour Day will be celebrated around Queensland in May. It’s important to come up to support the message of our campaign – our rights and conditions are here to stay!

The Labour Day march assembly will commence at 9:30am on the Cnr Wharf & Turbot Streets. The Together contingent will be assembling near the front of the Australian Federal Police building, at the Leichhardt Street end of Wharf Street.

The march will be followed by Family Fun from 10:30am at RNA Showgrounds.

    I’ll be there but can’t march as I’m riding the 110km Mt Coot-tha Challenge with Bicycle Queensland that morning. There with you in solidarity and a little tired looking for a beer, sausage and a seat.
