CONGRATULATIONS YOUR PETITION HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

Campbell Newman is feeling the pressure, he has even tried to tell Parliament that he has deliverd higher than inflation wage offers, another lie about his record of delivering for Queenslanders.

It’s time for the Premier to deliver fair pay for all, not just the politicians.

Before the election, Premier Campbell Newman promised that "public servants who work hard are entitled to have their wages at least keep pace with inflation."

Since then prices in Queensland have kept going up.

In 2013, the government created an "independent tribunal" for politicians' pay with special legislation. Their handpicked tribunal delivered a massive reclassification to politicians as well as a backdated pay increase. That increase included a 3% increase to take account of inflation.

Meanwhile the government has done everything it can to delay the Industrial Commission from arbitrating on public sector wages.

Every delay costs public servants money.

In 2013 pressure from Together members forced Campbell Newman to provide an administrative pay increase for public servants, but he only provided 2.2%, with no backdating.

We are asking that the Premier deliver a 3% wage increase, dated to 31 January 2013.

It's time the Newman government delivered fair pay for all!
